Preparation - 2 x Immersion Sessions

We start by looking at your current level of consciousness and the mindset with which you operate your business. You will come to these 1:1 immersion sessions ready to express what needs to be expressed without fear of judgement. Because we are working with 'energy' you will begin to feel some inner shifts occurring through the sessions as well as an expansion in awareness. These two sessions are key to preparing you for the deep inner work that will be done on the 'Nile'.

Transformation - 5 days & nights in Deep Transformative work

Here is where you begin the deep inner work, you will be hosted on a private luxury Nile Cruise, where you allow yourself to just 'be', no pre-tense, no masks and no hiding. We go straight into guiding you to see the inner structures and the programming that have moulded you to the leader you are today and begin to dismantle these. Through your vulnerability and openness, you begin to release the aspects of you that are blocking flow, in your life and business.

You will activate your heart centre which is the 'tap' that releases flow and through breath-work you will regulate your nervous system and begin to elevate your level of consciousness. You will also learn about 'Business Consciousness' and how your own higher consciousness will radiate throughout your organisation uplifting the collective and resulting in the dissolution of stagnate energy in the business.
