You will Journey through seven gates
- We begin by dismantling the layers of identity you have inherited and adopted—the Protector, the Provider, the Pleaser, the Expert, the Overachiever and the many other 'masks' you wear.
- Every identity/mask you hold requires energy to maintain, you unconsciously hold on, when you can let go, however it is the fear that is crippling. You begin to identify how deeply rooted in the masculine energy you operate from daily and its contribution to the imbalance you are living within.
- You will look at your 'story', the story you keep telling yourself and how much you are attached to this and how through every connection, relationship and unfolding you are keeping yourself heavily anchored.
- Here we start looking at the 'energetic leaks', where you are currently on a consciousness level, the frequencies you are living within.
- You will learn what a 'trigger is, what it actually means and what it is showing you. You will learn to follow the vibration of a trigger to its root and collapse the charge instantly.
- You will play with energy, to begin to become conscious of the frequencies and vibrations that are available to you.
