This journey is for Executives and Senior Leaders who are ready for a change and are open for deep inner transformation. This journey needs you to be fully committed and ready for the inner work and for this reason, not everyone will be permitted to participate.
Unlike other Executive Programmes, The Executive Reset is 100% a journey 'inwards', every tool and technique that you will be introduced too will be focused within. You will shift your leadership to leading from within, where decisions, solutions and your new way of being will be elevated. You will experience 'immediate' and 'real' inner shifts within the journey itself.
No......you must complete Flow Leadership as it introduces you to consciousness and new tools and techniques that will be used in The Executive Reset. This journey requires you to be vulnerable and emotionally ready to transform and quite naturally not everyone will be.
